If you want to learn how to do homemade pizza, what toppings to use or just wanting to make a pizza dough recipe, this book is a must.

I book "Thursday night pizza" found by Fr. Dominic Garramone, O.S.B. You may know him from his series, PBS on the "Breaking Bread." The book only pizza recipes that to me several times a week with my family is not filled with joy like, it's just fun to read. St. Bede Abbey book you gives a peek into your kitchen. You about the aroma of fresh homemade pizza, toppings did not think most of us laden with a selection of smell can.

This book is fun to read, and I know that when I make pizza I would be using some great recipes Fr. Dominic shares his book. I do not know about you, but I am putting it on the menu this week!
