Cultural Relationships

8. If there is constant communication: always talk about your opinion, do not assume your colleagues know what you want. In fact communication is the foundation of every strong relationship, and how a cross-cultural one.

9. There should be a common ground: You should have something common with your partner cross. First, you have two different cultures, the other issue which you both share and agree, perhaps, education, business, or even religion would be helpful.
